Our Process

STEP 1

First Contact

Call or email us with your request. We can walk you through the process and send you information regarding land division. We will work with you to create your desired layout and see to it that your vision is brough to life. We will create a quote for the proposal, and with your go ahead, get cracking on create your project.

STEP 2

Creation & Submission

After creating the Development Application Plan, we will submit with PlanSA for approval with the local council. This is known as the Verification Phase. Once we’ve received Verification, your project will enter a 60-day assessment period where relevant authorities, such as SA water, will be notified. We are now working towards Development Approval.

STEP 3

Development Approval

With Development Approval secured, we now move onto gaining approval from State Planning Commission (SPC). SPC will provide us with Clearance Condition that are required to be met in order to receive the Certificate of Approval.

STEP 4

Land Services

Once we have been given the Certificate of Approval, we can now lodge with Land Services. After lodgement, your conveyancer will take over and work with you by organising the legalities around landownership, however, please do not forget to speak with us regarding your experience with Hennig.
